Quaint & Cozy Room With Private Entrance and Bath

Our AirBnB is a room built like a small compact studio. Has it's own private entrance, kitchenette (no cooking) equipped with a microwave, coffee pot and minifridge. Small bathroom, closet, shower, work station and a full size bed. Has it's own exclusive driveway with free street parking for bigger vehicles. Located in a quiet and well kept neighborhood with many retired people so please be respectful. No smoking or pets allowed. Due to Covid-19, room has been sanitized accordingly. The space Our space was designed to provide guests with all the conveniences needed without sharing or losing privacy as is common with some Airbnbs. It is built like a tiny house. Everything is compact and small. It may not be a bigger or taller individuals cup of tea. It is adjacent to our dining room which is never used while room is occupied.
