High fibre broadband is available throughout the house with unlimited access. The location of Fanningstown House is perfect for families, groups of friends and sporting enthusiasts. Adare village is home to a number of top class boutiques, a superb children's playground and a range of award winning restaurants including the Michelin star Oak Room in Adare Manor. Golfers, there are 2 fantastic golf courses in the vicinity and for cyclists, the Ballyhoura mountain trails are a 30 minute drive. and the Limerick Greenway is a short drive or cycle from the premises. There is a gated entrance to the property and ample car parking. Fanningstown House is a short stroll from the local pub , The Thatch, and the Woodlands House Hotel where you can spend time in the spa ,leisure center or enjoy the great food. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property plus the private gardens. There is a gated entrance which offers extra security for young families.
