Secluded villa on your private beach

Carleva Bay sits on a quiet beach frequented only by local fishermen. Enjoy snorkeling, wading, aerobics, yoga and watching the sunrise and sunset. Close to nature and cultural sites. Ambiance, outdoor space, and locals are phenomenal. Great for couples, families, corporate retreats and groups. The basic price is for 1-2 people and increases for each additional person. The life of the house is surely our beautiful open-air courtyard. All of our bedrooms open onto the courtyard, each bedroom can hold several beds to accommodate groups and comes equipped with full washroom facilities. The large front yard and beach front are fenced-in living spaces. Come read on our swing under our mango and almond trees, and doze off to the sound of the ocean. Guest access You have access to the whole villa. The price is based on the number of people staying in the villa. The basic price is for no more than two people, who can each have their own room if so desired. Please let us know. There is an additional per-person, per-day charge beyond two people. Cooking staff is available to hire upon request, and cater to various dietary needs. Other things to note We don't have any pets. However, the next-door neighbor has dogs that sometimes bark! We also occasionally see one or two local cats on the property. Given that the house is very open, take precautions to ensure they don't get into the kitchen at night: make sure you close the kitchen door firmly (you can also put a high stool on each side so the door can't be pushed open). Please don't keep any food or candies in your room and bags, as ants find them very attractive! Lizards are also part of the local fauna. We fill in all possible entry points (mainly on the roof) to prevent access to the bedrooms and kitchen, but you might see the occasional one on the walls. They are harmless and will disappear quickly, as they are quite afraid of humans! Do read the house rules and other details in the entry room -- lots of useful information there!
