We have a newly built triple-storey house which has 5 bedrooms with attached bathrooms with all rooms. We are willing to use ground floor and basement, for our Airbnb guests, which have 3 bedrooms, two kitchens, two lounges and a dining room. All three room are available. The house has access to the roof. We have space for two cars to be parked inside the house, street parking is also safe. You can book one room in basement or two rooms on ground floor & you get private kitchen, lounge & dining. The space This listing is for the basement unit which has 1 room, 1 private bathroom, 1 kitchen and a lounge. This is a private unit which has a separate entrance. We live on the first floor. Guest access Guests who book this unit will have access to there room, private bathroom, private kitchen and lounge. They will have access to the porch. Access to the rooftop could be requested in advance and will be provided if we are available at the house. During your stay I am available for guests. Guests can feel free to get in touch when necessary. Other things to note It's a very relaxing place with friendly environment and neighbourhood that will make you feel at home.
