The space Anna's Holiday home is a garden hedge away from Scalini's Italian Restaurant, across the road from Insel Fehmarn Hotel and around the corner from Giordano's Woodfire Pizza and Garden Restaurant. Touch of Samoa Spa, Krush Vegan Restaurant and Juice Bar are also conveniently close. The Robert Louise Stevenson Museum and the Mount Vaea Hiking Trail are a few kilometers up the hill and the Museum of Samoa and the Apia city area are a few kilometers down. Other things to note -We do not charge children under 12 years. As you place your booking, please ensure that you state the precise amount of ADULTS ONLY that you're booking for. IMPORTANT additional information all guests must know: -A Five Hundred Tala (refundable) bond is required upon arrival to cover any of the costs from unforeseen circumstances in the home that may result in damage, throughout your stay. -The owner of the home will be supplying cash power of One Hundred Tala only. If being mindful of AC usage within the home, $100 for power is sufficient for approximately 5 days. Upon completion of the power, you will need to buy your own. We'll be happy to demonstrate this upon your arrival and give you further instructions on how this can be done. -Basic household necessities upon arrival will be provided by the owner of the home. Due to completion of the necessities, the guests will then need to supply whatever it is that they need. -All individuals excluded from booking reservations are not allowed to stay in the home overnight. THE HOME IS STRICTLY FOR PAYING GUESTS ONLY. -Be mindful of children when near the swimming pool area. We will not be liable for any unforeseen circumstances that happen throughout the duration of your stay. -Note, the owner of this home resides on this property in a apartment beside the home.
