Desert Villa is only a 7-8 minute drive to Coachella/Stagecoach music Festivals and blocks away to hiking and biking trails. It is Not a PARTY house. City has restrictions on loud noises/music The space You will love the open layout of kitchen, dining and family room, all opening to the patio and pool. The yard is very big and has multiple lounging areas with Mountain Views. We have a full kitchen and a regular coffee maker. Guest access Whole house Other things to note Smart TV.
