Madison Place Apt #3 - Second floor with balcony!

Welcome to Madison Place! This beautifully updated two-bedroom retreat features a private balcony with stunning mountain views, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Ogden. Located near downtown and Historic 25th Street, it’s the ideal home base for local dining, nightlife, hiking, and world-class ski resorts. The space Apartment 3 has two bedrooms and a living room which doubles as a third. Your master bedroom has a king size bed with two bay style windows. The queen room has a new Novaform mattress, and three bay windows. The two bedrooms are situated in the back of the house and separated by the kitchen. The living room has two east facing bay windows, and access to the private balcony with spectacular views of Mount Ogden, Alan and Malen peaks. The front room includes a pull out queen size American Leather brand sofa to accommodate extra guests. Apartment 3 is equipped with 3 new mini split air conditioning systems and radiant heating which make the space exceptionally comfortable. Feel safe and secure during your stay. Your private apartment includes a state of the art security system with personalized coded entry. Enjoy complementary, locally roasted coffee from Wasatch Roasting Company when you book at Madison Place. Also get a discount at their downtown location when mentioning Madison Place! Guest access You will have access to the main entry area and to your private apartment via an individualized code that we set up for you just prior to your arrival. You will also have access to your own outdoor locker big enough for storing two mountain bikes or ski / snowboard equipment. The locker is conveniently located at the front of your designated parking spot and will have a lock coded to match your access code. In addition to the complimentary gift card and a sample of coffee mentioned above, guests will also receive in person and online ordering discounts with Wasatch Roasting Company. The code is “Madison Place”, so if you love the coffee you can always order more when you return home :-) Other things to note Madison Place Includes a total of 3 private apartments (two 1 bedroom and one 2 bedroom). These are listed individually, but we are happy to accommodate larger groups that would like to make use of more than one of the apartments during their stay. (subject to availability) Also, the TV is equipped with Chromecast for streaming and HDMI connectivity. Detailed instructions are located in the manual.
