The quaint settlement of Tarpum Bay is a warm, friendly and beautiful settlement in South Eleuthera. The house’s location is secured and roughly 7 minutes drive away from local shops, convenience stores, the beach, gas stations and the Rock Sound Airport. Our home is the perfect place for your next trip, to relax and enjoy the island life. Smoking is not allowed at all in the house. There is WI-FI, so you can stay connected during your stay! *A rental vehicle is a must on the island* The space This spacious, three bedroom, two full bathrooms, kitchen, front room, dining room and front covered porch, cozy home with a very large spacious yard, has everything you need to enjoy your stay away from home. Smoking is not allowed. Ductless units are in all of the rooms, including the dining area. The kitchen is ready and equipped with dishes, cookware, drink-ware and all the utensils needed to prepare your own meals. There is a tv in the master bedroom for additional entertainment and one in the living room for family time, a Dvd Player, DVDs and a small selection of table games are also available. The other two rooms do not have TVs The front and back patios are ideal for island relaxation. The house has great lighting for entry at night and motion detectors for added safety when moving around at night. Guest access Please note that the two main rooms are available for guests of 4 or less….only if 5 (five) or more guests are booked, you will have access to the third room. Other things to note There is very little public transportation such as buses, taxicabs, etc. Therefore you will need transportation to get around the island. Eleuthera is best travelled and explored with a vehicle. There are rental agents at the airports and in the community. Please let us know if you need assistance with booking a rental car. You can drive to the different settlements and dozens of public beaches or you can arrange a taxi to take you on private tours. Eleuthera has endless sightseeing and tourists attractions waiting just for you to enjoy! Please note, the house can sleep 8 persons maximum and the price shown is for up to 5 (five) persons only, once additional guests are added, the price will change to reflect the new rate. Please be honest about the number of guests in your party when booking, to avoid being removed from property, denial to future stays and/or AirBnB penalties.
