The space The condo is recently renovated with modern open floor plan and artistic decor from many local artists. Look out any window and you will get a mountain view. The patio is private with many colorful glass sculptures and art. There is a BBQ grill, fire pit, cozy chairs and views of the mountains. If you like to cook the kitchen is well equipped and very nice. There is enough table seating for seven, so you can entertain if you like. However with so many great local restaurants you may just want to eat out every meal. Guest access The complex offers a nice community pool. Just a quick walk from the condo. There is a common laundry room which you will have a key for if you would like to do some laundry. ( Takes $2 in quarters to do a full load of wash and dry) Other things to note You will have one reserved parking space to park a car. It will be in front of first garage on the right side. All spaces not in front of a garage or drive port are guest parking as well.
