Our condo is mere steps away from Fourth Street Live, the Convention Center, live theater and stage venues, Whiskey Row, the starting point of the Bourbon Trail, and a host of restaurants where you can indulge your "Foodie" side. Cardinal Stadium, Churchill Downs, the airport, fairgrounds, Kentucky Kingdom and the zoo are a short ride away. This condo is ideally located for fun or business, yet when you're inside it is blissfully quiet! Our condo is up one flight of stairs; there is no elevator service to the unit. It is a two-bedroom unit which also has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Secure WIFI, cable TV, and Alexa are here to assist you. The kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience, including coffee, tea, sugars and creamer as well as salt, pepper, cooking spray and plastic wrap. ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOL FOLLOWED BY CLEANING CREW! They have been instructed with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: o High-touch surfaces are sanitized o Cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies are utilized, and protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination is worn o Extensive cleaning checklists are used o Extra cleaning supplies are provided, so you can clean as you stay o Local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines, are followed I will be happy to answer any questions prior to your arrival via Email. Once your booking is complete I will be available to you by telephone, usually able to respond immediately or within two hours. Our building is on Fourth Street, so close to everything! A small deli with basic groceries is across the street and there is a CVS and a Starbuck's on the corner. Guests will be provided with a parking pass for ONE vehicle (transmitted to your cellphone) in the garage adjacent to our building. If your vehicle is too large to fit (over 6'1"), there is a lot next door (sorry, no pass). Since the building is located between two hotels you will find taxis, Ubers and Lyfts most any time you need. House rules: No parties No events No wedding parties, bridal or groom gatherings, bachelor or bachelorette parties No open flames whatsoever, including candles. No incense burning. No smoking of any kind; including e-cigarettes in unit, common areas or roof Guests must be 25 years old to book Vandalism and alterations of any kind to unit, walls and hallways, common areas or areas outside of building are prohibited Emergency exits and fire escapes are to be used for emergencies only Noise ordinance is in effect from the hours of 10pm to 8am weekdays and 11pm to 8am weekends No locals Fines: $250 will be charged if any house rules are broken PLUS immediate eviction. $50 fine if parking pass is lost. $100 fee if any key is lost.
