Both decks are furnished with modern patio furniture built for maximum lounging. • Modern Amenities: The home is equipped with fiberoptic high-speed internet for uninterrupted telework, high-quality kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, 2-person hot tub, bbq grill, and a fireplace. Every bedroom is furnished with ultra-plush king size memory foam beds. • Spacious Living Areas: The top floor boasts an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a powder room, while the middle level includes two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the main entryway. • Lower Level Comfort: The lower level features an additional bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a versatile multi-use room with a comfortable lounge area, a desk, books, games, and puzzles. • Outdoor Relaxation: The property sits on 5 wooded acres, offering three levels of porches, including two spacious screened-in porches. Spend the afternoon birdwatching from our hammock or enjoy our portable fire pit in the driveway later on in the evening. Other things to note We will send a detailed cabin manual with check-in instructions ahead of your stay. • Additional guests must be approved before arrival. We require the full names and license plate numbers of any additional guests on the property for security purposes. • If you are staying during the winter, your car must be equipped with AWD (All-Wheel Drive) to access the cabin. The steep roads in our neighborhood often become icy and are not immediately plowed, posing a risk to any vehicles not properly outfitted. • Our neighborhood does not allow usage of off-road vehicles like quads or motorbikes.
