The bathrooms have toilets and showers, although running water is rare in the village. In the case of water shortage, you will be provided with well water. The kitchen contains plates, dishes, cups and glasses, but cooking happens usually outside, on coal stoves. You can experiment yourself with African ways of cooking, but your hosts also can help you lit a fire or prepare you food if you so wish. The higlight of the house is incontestably its huge terrasse which serves also as an all season living room. You will not need a TV. You can watch the sky and the sea just in front of you. The house is electrified with a solar system, which will not run an AC, but is strong enough to charge your computers and cell phones, to light your rooms at night and sometimes even to cool the fridge. Anyhow you do not need AC when you can enjoy the sea breeze.
