Welcome to Tropicabana! This lovely and spacious apartment is perfect for couples, families, group trips, or basically anyone! Feel right at home with the fully equipped kitchen, watching movies on Netflix and Prime Video, playing board games or enjoying the backyard. It includes a standby generator, Wifi, memory foam mattress toppers, ductless ACs, ceiling fan and portable fan for your comfort. Air beds also available if more than four guests are staying. The space The apartment is located on a multi-family lot in the middle of the complex and quite spacious. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and spacious closet. The beds are topped with a 2 inch memory foam mattress topper, but can be removed if a more firm bed is required. There are three 50 inch smart TVs. There is a washer to the right of the kitchen space. The unit has its own covered porches at the front and back, with chairs for seating. The back porch provides more privacy with hedge trees covering the fence. For large groups, everyone can stay at the same property in connected units. The property is minutes away from Palm Cay Marina and Blue Water Cay Marina. Guest access There are two parking spaces available directly in front of the unit and it is equipped with a smart lock.
