A lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath fully furnished beach cottage with all modern amenities in a quiet, relaxing vacation home community on the island of Exuma in The Bahamas. A short 2 minute walk to Tropic of Cancer Beach, voted as one of the most beautiful. The space I am a young Bahamian Attorney who loves the salt life. I love any and everything about the sea. Since I grew up in the hustle and bustle of Nassau, my dream was to build a vacation home on one of the beautiful islands of The Bahamas, and I chose Exuma because to me it's waters are simply breathtaking. You have never seen waters of varying shades of clear crystal turquoise than what is seen in the Exumas. Fortunately, I found the ideal property on Tropic of Cancer Beach. It is literally a 2 minute walk from the house to the beach. I decided to build on top of a hill to give me the best panoramic views possible, and I can tell you it is really beautiful. The community is quiet as there are alot of winter home residents in the area, and traffic is practically non existent so you can simply relax and tan outside in the yard or walk down to the beach and relax on the beach. I currently live in Nassau, but I frequently go to Sugar Plum Plum on weekends just to relax. The reason I named this property Sugar Plum Plum is because when I was a little girl walking to school, every morning when I passed an old lady sitting outside her store I would call to her, "Good morning ma'am" and she would respond, "Okay sugar plum plum".
