Creekside Studio (private entrance)

Creekside Studio is a cozy, well equipped, private yet centrally located studio retreat in South Escondido. It is on a 1-acre, quiet cul-de-sac lot, attached to the main house (our residence), with it’s own private entrance. The studio has a small kitchenette (no stove), a queen size bed and a twin sleeper/couch and a bathroom with shower (no tub). Roku TV, free-WiFi keep you entertained or hang out on the deck with your coffee in a park-like setting. The space Our hidden paradise is centrally located, 5 minutes’ drive to the Safari park, downtown Escondido, Escondido Civic Center, grocery, restaurants/ bars and the I-15 freeway. Ample parking at the front of our private property and walk along our creek-side pavement to reach your private paradise. Guest access The Studio, Patio/ seating area in front of the studio and our front yard. Other things to note 1) Check in is between 3pm-10pm. After-hours or early check-in must be agreed upon before arrival. 2) Please note there is no stove but only a kitchenette with sink, fridge and microwave. 3) Centralized AC/Heat in the Main House (no control from Studio), ceiling fan & portable heater in studio to keep cool/warm. Studio is North and East facing so it is the coolest room in the house. 4) Please take off your shoes before entering our studio. 5) Absolutely no pets, no smoking or vaping at the property. 6) Our property is at a quiet & private location with bushes and trees and there are critters roaming our yard day & night. Be aware there might be (not limited to) rabbits, squirrels, crickets, lizards, gophers, lots of birds, and at times, coyotes that visit our front yard.
