We offer you a cozy house and its location is very quiet (neighborhood). It has alarm monitoring, video surveillance of the house. You can spend a relaxing weekend alone or with family without the noise of the city. It is 10 minutes from the city and Chiricano cuisine, and nightlife as well. Up to 10 people can stay in the house, but since there are only 3 rooms, only 6 to 8 people can sleep there, unless the rest want to camp on the terrace or patio. The space It is a house of 181.00 m2, well distributed inside, and all the basic services complete working. It has a spacious terrace where you can go out to relax, listen to music, read a book, get some fresh air, even soon see some birds in the area by the trees. It's a warm and cozy home, great for vacations or work visits. Guest access The entire house and property are available exclusively for guests. No one can access it without prior notice. We have gates at the entrance and they can be kept closed. Other things to note The house has a storage shed and two dog rooms in the backyard. Only the spaces for the dogs can be used, the storage room if it remains closed. We also have a clothesline to dry clothes in the sun.
