House at the beach in an Exclusive Area

The house is next to Pacific Soleil Hotel in an exclusive area with security and great enviroment. It is located in the pacific beach with natural enviroment, private pool and all amenities. It is good for couples, families or big groups. It has Wifi, A/C on the rooms, TV, equipment kitchen, plates and glasses, bbq, and 2 blocks near to a beautiful and private beach. Bed sheets included. Towels, bath soup included. Pet friendly. Please contact for special dates (New Year's or Semana Santa). The space The house is really clean and we have all equipment to relax like your own house. We have fridge, stove, bbq, coffe maker, microwave, and everything for cooking. The pool is private and there is a jacuzzi that works kind of like every 3 hours. Outside there is also a Bar space or for cooking, and we have there another bathroom. If You are staying for many days we may offer laundry service with an extra charge. You can ask for recommendations, for transportation, activities, housekeer, cooking service and everything to have a nice stay. There is also next to the condominium the famous Hotel Pacific Soleil that allows visits if you want to enjoy there for a buffet breakfast, drinks, massages or a pass day to the park. If You also want to have fun, in the house we have WiFi, Smart TV's, Karaoke, bar space outside the pool, BBQ. The house has pretty nice decorations taking nice pictures. You can also visit the Condo pool and social area. It's worth it! Guest access The enviroment arround is tropical, calm and amazing. Is very nice and safe to stay and walk arround. There is a gate to enter the condominium and there are little supermarkets at like 10 minutes driving. Other things to note We take resposability with the Covid-19. The house has cleaning service, sanitization for every group, and we have hands gel and laundry for bed sheets for every group that comes in to the house. This is included in the price :)
