I love the breeze and sunsets on the beach. Most mornings, with coffee in my hand, I would walk and talk to the local fishermen and check out their catch for the day. I like that I can walk to the market, the 24hr-bakery, the 7-Eleven store, restaurants, grocery and the mini shops in 3 minutes. Unfortunately, we no longer allow visitors. Only registered and booked guests are allowed to stay. I would love to welcome you to our place and I hope you will have a pleasant stay. The space You can enjoy the use of the whole house - ground floor and upstairs. Ground floor has 1 covered car garage and outside patio furniture in the garden under a canopy of 🌸 flowering plant climber. The adjacent tiny building in the back is the sole use of the caretaker. Ground Floor has one Queen 🛌 Bedroom with TV, A/C and one common bathroom with hot water system. Ground floor also has a full kitchen, living and dining area. Upstairs: There are two balconies; one, overlooks the beach and the other our neighbor’s wall and the Mabini Street. Upstairs has a family living area with 1 TV, one Queen Masters bedroom with a beach view, a TV and an A/C. This masters BR 🛌 has a private bathroom equipped with hot water system. Another queen bedroom 🛌 with beach 🏖 view , an A/C, and TV, but without a bathroom. Housekeeping: Once a week, the caretaker will pickup dirty linens and provide new sets of linens and toiletries. In the past, guest has hired their helper/maid (live in or live out helper) to assist them with their daily needs. Live in helper count as 1 checked in guest towards the 6 guests maximum rule. Kitchen: The kitchen has a tiled countertop and 1 sink. It has the following: refrigerator, oven, toaster, microwave and electric water heater pitcher for coffee/tea. It has the basic cooking tools: pots and pans, 6 sets of dishes, glasses, mugs and utensils. Guest access You can access the front gate from the main street, Mabini St, #37. Only one car covered parking garage is available. Other parking areas are next to the palm trees 🌴 in the front and side of the house. Other things to note This house (is for paid registered guest only) no visitors, no pet, no smoking, no parties, no events allowed. Only registered/paid guest are allowed. Extra heads need to be requested in advance and will be addressed on a case to case basis. A maximum of 2 heads allowed for 1000.00 pesos/head/ day day and must be given to the caretaker at check in. The caretaker has the right to refuse or eject paid guests who does not adhere to the policy. This house is under the care of a new and loyal caretaker and under the protection of law enforcers of Region VII who lives across from this house.
