The kitchen is fully equipped and opens up to the dining room with extra seating. Don’t forget to walk outside to the upper deck and experience the gorgeous Mountain View’s! This area also includes a dining table and an infrared electric bbq. The main Common area also has an easily accessible laundry room and an entry to the one-car garage. The main floor also includes the master bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom with a queen bed, and two very small guest rooms downstairs. There is a large rec room with a ping pong table (needs repair but still works) with a private outdoor patio as well. All vehicles must be parked in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking available. Recreational vehicles are not allowed, unless they are small enough to fit safely inside the garage. This is a pet-free and non-smoking listing. Under amenities, it states pets allowed ONLY if they are service animals. The neighborhood is a quiet, family neighborhood. No access to mail or deliveries. There is parking available for approximately three cars, in the driveway and garage. No street parking allowed as the home is part of a home owner’s association. Public transportation is limited. There is WVS charters and Uber available. Only Service Animals Allowed. Sleeps comfortably 7 but up to 10 may be accepted. Additional cost will be added to reservation dependent upon who will be staying with you. No access to mail or deliveries.
