Outside there is a big terrace with a dining table and some lounge chairs. You have also the swimmingpool and an outside shower. Outside there is also a room for the washing machine. Guest access The whole top part of the villa is yours. (the livingroom, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen and swimmingpool). There is a stairs and to rooms that are closed for the guests. Other things to note The deposit contains €500,-. This has to be paid at the housemanager at arrival. The costs of water contains €9,00 per m3 and the costs of electricity is 0,45 per kw/h. The consumption costs will be settled after the stay.
