This stunning Cottage is a 10-15 minute walk from the idyllic village of Inistioge famous for its beautiful Woodstock Gardens, stunning scenery and charming cafés. It provides a wonderful base to explore Ireland's "must-sees". Extraordinary beaches such as Duncannon- 25 miles away, historical sites like Kilkenny's medieval castle- 15 miles away and breath-taking montain hikes such as Brandon hill. Furthermore, pints can be enjoyed in the local pubs- within walking distance of the property. The space Chestnut cottage is a piece of Irish history in itself. It is approximately 100 years old and has been converted into a three bedroom holiday home, designed to give vistors the ultimate Irish experience. The charming exterior of the cottage boasts an abundance of greenery coupled with a lovely little patio where guests can enjoy the evening sun. There are eight steps leading up to the cottage. The well-equipped kitchen can be located on the ground floor, adjacent to the cosy living room, supplied with a log burning stove- perfect for relaxing winter evenings. There is also a shower room on the ground floor. The first floor can be found at the top of the original set of stairs (which can be described as quite steep). This floor boasts two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has one double bed plus one single, whereas the second bedroom hosts one double bed and an ensuite-toilet.
