Dar El Eden house is an old 18th century swahili house carefully restaured and expanded in 2009. This coral stone house maintains its original swahili architecture , using local traditional materials and tadelakt plaster in all the walls and floors. Original 3,5 meters ceilings and walls are decorated with carved niches , freezes and alcoves . The 4 levels home with swimming pool have 5 bedrooms and includes a 360 degrees panoramic view terrace on the city and ocean on third floor. 5 in suite bedrooms [minimum 30 m2] on 3 different levels with hot water powered by solar panels and large bathrooms [minimum 12 m2]. All suites include ceiling fans and mosquitos nets . All parts of the house are accessible except the office and storage area .
