Like a Hot Tub on a covered porch, full size fridge, full washer and dryer and a large bathroom with full size shower. Queen bed and Sofa bed. This home is in a tranquil spot, steps to the creek. Only a mile from town, and less than a mile from the entrance to the national park! It is in a tiny home community!  *we now have wifi!* Close to everything! Less than a mile to town, the national park and the train. Less than 10 minutes to deep creek and the grocery store. Less than 20 minutes to white water rafting and paddle boarding. Gorgeous, light and bright with stainless appliances, soft close drawers, Anderson windows/doors, minisplit heat/air, huge storage armour. A very unique tiny home that has all of the essentials of a larger home with a smaller foot print. There is a sliding ladder to climb up and get to the sleeping loft which has a queen bed. Plenty of room to sit up and watch tv or read a book. The loft also has a window that opens to hear the soothing sounds of the creek. The main floor has a twin sofa bed. You will have a hot tub on a covered porch and be steps from the creek. By the creek you will have a picnic table, firepit and grill. This is in a quiet community and with other tiny homes nearby. we have planted privacy trees and do give this tiny home its own private creek area and private hot tub space. RENTAL 2 PERSON INFLATABLE KAYAK- available to reserve if available $20 a day to take to the lake. Guests have access to the tiny home, hot tub, deck, charcoal grill and private area by creek. Wi-Fi - make sure hotspot is on and password is on fridge.. Our WiFi is spotty in the summer or when leaves are full, we hope to have better internet options soon. No refunds for wifi issues. Please bring any toiletries..bath soap/shampoo/conditioner. Any cream or sugar. Sometimes firewood is left behind but you may need to purchase your own along with charcoal for grill.
