Walking distance to many locally owned restaurants , small coffee shops and roasters , breweries and popular bar spots in Normaltown and a one mile stroll to downtown Athens. ..The house is decorated with heirloom antique/vintage furnishings and original art throughout by local artists. Interaction with guests is as much or as little you. Due to high allergies, No Pets Allowed 4 blocks from bus stop. Plenty of Free parking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. There is some glassware and personal items on premises that are not available for guests’ use. They are labeled and will be stored away, otherwise the guest has entire access. Other things to note -DISCOUNT given if guests elect to bring their own sheets&towels..(feel free to inquire) **SMART TV on-site for streaming your favorite Netflix, so bring along your personal login / password info. There is no “cable tv” provided. -We LOVE children, but the house is not particularly " toddler friendly" due to artwork and vintage furnishings. -There is a NO PETS ALLOWED, DUE TO ALLERGIES. If you plan to have a Certified ADA animal, please inform host during booking process so that arrangements can be made to accommodate. -Alterations in Check In/Out are flexible if requested in advance and available.
