Located on the second floor, this cozy 250 sq ft unit does NOT have a direct view of the river, but it does have access to the shared riverside patio on the river and is equipped with a propane fireplace, a charcoal grill, and plenty of seating. One flight of stairs is required to enter this unit. Inside, the studio is thoughtfully outfitted for comfort and convenience. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, portable single-burner induction cooktop, toaster, dishware, and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker—with complimentary K-Cups, cream, and sugar to start your mornings right. For your convenience, laundry is available on site in the amenities building next to the Riverside patio. Guests have full access to the scenic riverside and a shared patio space just steps from your door. Relax by the propane fireplace, fire up the charcoal grill, or simply unwind in the comfortable seating after a day of adventure. Just one block away is Redstone Park, home to seasonal music festivals, community gatherings, and events. The general store, spa, art center, shops, and a variety of outdoor activities—including horseback riding, paddle boarding, fly fishing, and hiking—are all within easy walking distance.
