Caribbean downstairs apartment with amazing sea view. Surrounded by wildlife. This property has a private access to the Caribbean Sea. The house is situated over a 2 miles long reef. Amazing snorkeling, there are many naturals pools into the reef where you can snorkel. Ideal for kids! There is a jungle behind the house which makes that you will hear the monkey from the house. The space It is a beach house divided into two apartments. This listing include one ground-floor loft. It has 3 bedrooms. (One large parental bedroom with sea view/access and a bathroom. One bedroom with two queen size beds. One bedroom with a bunk-bed an a queen size bed.) There is also a second bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a large terrace. The outside green area includes a private entrance to the sea, a barbecue area and two outdoor showers. Guest access Guest have access to the ground floor and a large part of the green area. We have 3 parking spaces available in teh gated area. We organise boat tours to Islands nearby and the boat can pick you up at the property. Other things to note We suggest you to bring all the grocery you will need during your stay. Close to the house (5 minutes) there is a small supermarket which offers the basics. We suggest you to bring shoes for the reef in front of the house. We have kayaks for rent. We have the contact of a shuttle/taxi from Panama City/airport if you need. The road is good to come with any type of car. While beach houses in this area often face limited water and electricity, our home is one of the few that is fully self-sustainable, with large water reserves and our own power generators—ensuring comfort throughout your stay.
