It's spacious and cozy at the same time: 6 people can easily have their own space. The back garden is quiet and private, and the garden is fenced in for your pups to play. There is a hose and sprayer for pup bathtime. There is a Garage to park your vehicle in, and also inside the Garage is a collection of beach items: a beach cart, Cool Cabana and a mixture of low slung beach chairs and camping chairs. The Master bedroom is huge and perfect for relaxing. There is a Smart Roku 32" TV with Apps for your Log In. The second guest bedroom is also very spacious. It has a cool gaming chair and a desk for working. There is a smart Roku 55" TV with Apps for your Log In. There is a monitor, printer and plugable along with office supplies stored in the laundry room. The Trundle room has a comfy trundle bed which pulls out into two twins. Great for kids, it's also perfectly big enough for two Adults, and the trundle can be pulled to the other side of the room for a bit more space. There is a child size table and two chairs. There is a Smart Roku 55" TV with Apps for your Log In. There is a Laundry room with separate Washer and Dryer. The whole space of the Heron is accessible to guests. Access is via the side-door, which has a keyless lock system, for extra security and convenience. The Garage is available for your car or motorbike We are close by if you need us. We manage the property ourselves. Please call or message us with any questions. The Green Heron is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in the West End of P.C.B. on Kelly Street. Our local beaches are a 3 block walk away; these are: Beaches 87, 88 and 89. The Sunnyside Grill is at the end of Kelly St., which is handy for Breakfast and/or Lunch. In the Carillon Beach complex, which is a 5 minute drive from us, there are a range of other restaurants, including the Little Beach Cafe 30A crossings is a few minutes further drive west. There you can find another popular Breakfast option, "The Donut Hole", Amici 30A (Pizza), and Amigo 30A (Mexican). Our local Winn Dixie and Publix is also a 3 minutes drive west. Heading East, the famous 'Thomas Donuts' is a 5 minute drive.(Kolaches are delicious as well) 10 minutes drive to the East is Pier Park, where you can find Shops, Restaurants and IMAX Cinema, and in Frank Brown Park, Swimming Pools, Tennis Courts, and Hiking Trails. Rosemary Beach/30A is only a 5 minute drive West from the 'Green Heron'. Uber is now available in P.C.B., so you may want to have that App. down-loaded. Bayway tram runs from Winn Dixie by Bayou Bills down Front Beach Road. The house is 5 minutes drive away to Winn dixie or Publix grocery stores. Our independent grocery The Carousel is 10 minutes away in Laguna Beach. They have an excellent wine selection and gift shop in addition to your grocery needs. The neighborhood is perfect for bike riding and pup walking.
