The space The villa is approximately 500 square feet and has two master bedrooms and four guest rooms, eight full baths and a separate kitchen. The room details are as follows: First floor master bedroom: One extra large double bed (1.8X2m), one luxurious large bathroom with shower room, jacuzzi and bathroom A separate living room, simple kitchen and dining room, and a full bathroom There is a lounge bed in the living room. Located on the first floor with a private pool (about 4 meters by 8 meters) and a garden. First floor room A: Two double beds (1.5 x 2 m), one luxury bathroom with shower room, jacuzzi and bathroom There is a sofa in the living room First Floor Room B: Two double beds (1.5 x 2 m), one luxury bathroom with shower room, jacuzzi and bathroom There is a sofa in the living room Second floor master bedroom: One extra large double bed (1.8X2m), one luxurious large bathroom with shower room, jacuzzi and bathroom A separate living room, simple kitchen and dining room, and a full bathroom There is a lounge bed in the living room. More than 16 adults, all children over the age of 6 or adults will be charged an additional 800 per person per night. This price includes breakfast. Each unit has its own entrance and exit, you can rent it all, or you can rent it in a single set. Please contact us for details. Guest access On the first floor, we have a separate kitchen. There are two marster bedrooms each have a king size bed and a large luxury bathroom. In the bathroom, we have a multi-function jacuzzi with sea view. We can arrange a private chef to help the barbecue to make a meal ( Charge apply). The other four spacious rooms can accommodate up to four people in one room. There are four guest rooms, perfect for families to travel with friends or to celebrate special occassions. The entire house can accommodate up to 20 adults. This fee includes breakfast. Other things to note 1- We offer hotel standard bedding with white bath towels, face towels, hand towels and white sheets, quilts, duvet covers, pillows, pillowcases and mattress covers. 2- We offer bowls, plates, cutlery, etc., coffee makers, kettles and toasters. 3- We can provide guests with a garden grill (Thai style), please reserve in advance for an additional charge of THB 300. 4- We provide daily cleaning service and breakfast, which is included in the price. 5-The swimming pool is eight meters long and four meters wide. 6- It is three hours to drive from Bangkok to Hua Hin. It is two and a half hours from Hua Hin to the house. It is recommended to stay at the BTC Resort in Hua Hin for one or two nights. 7- Three flights a day from Bangkok Airport to CHUNPHOM Airport. The plane can be reached in an hour. We can arrange an airport transfer. It is about 30 minutes from the airport.
