Life is Good is located in Mangochi The space Upstairs, the cottage boasts 3 comfortably furnished, beachfront facing ensuite bedrooms that sleep up to 8 people with extra resting areas and pull out couches to cater for an additional # people. The area downstairs, that has an outdoors indoors design, includes an open lounging area, dining area, T.V area, well equipped kitchen with a separate pantry, dishwashing room and a shared toilet. All rooms are air conditioned for your comfort. The main porch has a fitted Barbeque Master Grill conveniently placed for a late afternoon barbeques and bakes viewing the lake. Guest access entire house is accessible to our guests Other things to note Life is Good has reliable on site water (drinking water provided separately) and has backup electricity as the national supply can be unreliable. Boat rides can be arranged on prior request. Take time to watch magnificent sunrises and sunsets or come out to interact with locals along the beach where you could learn a thing or two from the fishermen or a game of beach soccer with the children. Go bush hiking in the surrounding hills or visit nearby properties and resorts for a swim in the lake or a private pool. Feel free to visit local trading centers, sites and entertainment centers. Lake Malawi National Park is #kilometers away and Mangochi night light life does get quite lively. Malawi is generally safe but you are encouraged to move in groups at night and in new areas. We have a three-member staff team here to support you with meals, housekeeping and security during standard working hours.
