The cabin is 1 of 4 cabins on the property. The cabin overlooks beautiful Onion Creek. Enjoy taking a paddle on the creek in a canoe. Sit on the deck and watch the wildlife. Enjoy nature & the serenity while only minutes away from town. We are conveniently located just south of Austin. We are near COTA, San Marcos, New Braunfels & Gruene. The cabins are open floor plans with no separate bedrooms. A queen bed is located downstairs and the other beds are upstairs in the loft, which is reached by a ladder/stairs which are steep. The cabin is on 25 acres with about a half mile of creek. Guests have access to about 5 acres to roam around and enjoy. They also have about a 1/2 mile of creek to fish, swim and canoe in. Guests are asked to stay in the maintained area of the property. We live on the property and are there if you need us. You may catch us at the cabins or feeding the animals. Please call or text us if you need anything. We live on 25 acres but are close to town. Buda is a cute little town with many cute shops and antique stores. There are wonderful parks and great places to eat. The best way to get around is with your own vehicle or with a ride share. The sidewalk at the end of our lane goes into and around Buda. Please note that there are 4 cabins on this property so there will be other guests. We ask that you respect their space and their right to enjoy their time. Please observe quiet time from 10:00p.m. to 8:00 a.m.. There are not separate bedrooms. The full size bed is in the loft along with a daybed with a trundle. Sorry but there is no WiFi!! Because we are on the Creek we do sometimes have issues with flooding. This rarely happens however the creek can sometimes be inaccessible. The ladder stairs to the loft are steep.
