No extra visitors are allowed to spend the night with out notification to the owner and payment of the extra fee. May the behavior of the guests exceed conduct codes or result in detriment of the property, the house owner reserves the right to take inmediate action and cancel the agreement without reimbursement. Guest access Visitor will have acces to the house ,except the storage room where maintanence equipment and materials are stored. Other things to note The service staff includes a 24 hr service man and a cook can be on hand for an extra $30 (US Dollars) a day. A 17.5 ft 115HP 6 people capacity motor boat can be rented for $100 (US Dollars ) the hour.
