Native trees, big willows, silence, ideal for disconnecting from the city. The house is home to 3 horses in their pens, friendly dogs, and a beautiful chicken coop. We offer a variety of fun spaces for all ages and for every member of the family. A true experience only 35 minutes from Santiago, Chile and 45 from Viña del Mar. Guest access Casa Lolenco is 1 kilometer from Route 68, which connects Santiago and Viña del Mar/Valparaíso, you can get there by car or bus. We are 16 kilometers from the town of Curacaví, which has services of all kinds (supermarkets, pharmacies, hospital). Less than 2 kilometers away there are local shops. Other things to note Casa Lolenco has very tame dogs, horses and chickens also in the care of the caretaker who stays and sleeps on the property independently, in a separate house, caring for the animals and the property, the dogs are loose and the horses in their pens and the chickens have their chicken coop. Important: The house has an outdoor surveillance camera system that is deactivated when guests arrive. There is also a hot tub outside that can accommodate 6 people available to guests for an additional fee.
