Please adhere to numbers stated on booking The space The Beach house sleeps 6, however there is an extra charge per person after the first two so if the numbers change at any point after boiking please update the booking to actual numbers Quiet, Tranquil place to relax with very comfortable furnishings. Lay on the couch and watch the sea in calm or in storm. Magnificient views of the sea and mountains beyond. All mod cons... coffee maker(pods) microwave, electric cooker, washing machine and dryer. Oil fired central heating. Electric Fire . Comfortable beds with crisp fresh linen. Towels supplied. Plenty of books and reading material. Close to Dingle...10 miles Killarney 25 miles. Local bar and restaurants. Surfing on the beach. Guest access Access to all areas of house. Other things to note OUTSIDE CCTV is installed and has a view of the entrance and parking area. Unfortunately we had a problem with a small number of guests who had large parties and damage was done to the property so we decided to install CCTV outside to prevent a reoccurrence. Also please note that numbers booked can be checked on CCTV at entrance. Please adhere to actual numbers booked or advise host prior to arrival. There is an extra charge after the first two guests. Please note:There is a bathroom with walk in shower( no bath) and a separate ensuite shower room in main bedroom.
