Family Fun House Our 9 sleeper home is the perfect location for a fun family holiday. Overlooking the rolling sugar cane fields our home also boasts a stunning view of the ocean and the Tinley Manor lagoon. It's a peaceful slice of paradise away from the hustle and bustle. The space Situated just a 7 minute stroll from the beach, your family will enjoy lazy days of fun in the sun followed by drinks on the patio watching the sunset and listening out for our resident pair of Fish Eagles over the lagoon. A spacious, well equipped and comfortable 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with large patio - it's perfect for a relaxing braai or chilled out sun downers as you watch the sun set behind the sugar cane fields. We have a fully equipped kitchen and separate scullery, with oven, electric stove, fridge/freezer (plumbed with filtered water for automated ice and cold drinking water on tap), microwave, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. We have a large inside dining table that comfortably seats 12 or if you prefer Al Fresco there's a large bench seat dining table as well as a small patio bar outside. We have free WIFI and a smart TV which allows you to stream Netflix and YouTube. We offer a basic daily cleaning service so you can really have a holiday. Each bedroom has a fan and the main bedroom is air conditioned. There are 2 flights of stairs in this house, unfortunately it would not be suitable for the frail or wheelchair bound guest. There is a low balustrade on the patio. Please take care of small children and tipsy guests. Please note: there are other people living on the property with their own private and separate entrances. Please be respectful of them. No loud music, no parties, no pets, no smoking indoors. Bedroom 1 sleeps 2. It has a Queen Sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, basin and shower. Bedroom 2 sleeps 3. It has a bunk bed and and a single bed. It has an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet. Bedroom 3 sleeps 2. It has a bunkbed and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, basin and shower. The main bedroom is large with plenty of cupboard space. It has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and basin. There is a plenty of space in the main room for a cot or a sleeper couch should you need it, please just arrange with us beforehand. There is a lovely large field over the road from our house for kiddies to ride bikes and run off any excess energy. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS.
