Unit is conveniently located between Dickies Arena and The Shops at Clearfork. This fully stocked unit has everything you need to comfortably make a home away from home. Bedroom includes KING sized bed, living room includes a couch/futon for an extra guest. Unit is located in a mid-century built apartment complex that is currently undergoing an exterior facelift. The interior of the unit has been updated and is accurately depicted in the photos. The exterior will be updated and improving gradually. This is a quiet, safe, well-located unit sure to serve you well during your time in Fort Worth. Complex is home to many full-time residents; therefore, quiet hours from 9 p.m.-9 a.m. will be strictly enforced. Guest access You will have full, private access to the living room, dining room, well-stocked kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with 2 closets. The complex has a pool (open seasonally from June-August) that is shared with other guests. The complex has a shared laundry facility which is in need of a facelift, but the machines work well. For stays longer than 5 days, we provide a laundry basket for your use along with a laundry credit for the machines, as well as soap and dryer sheets for 2 loads. Our check-out instructions are easy: leave the cleaning to us! We do NOT ask you to remove the sheets or take out the trash. All we ask is that you leave the property as you found it, and we will clean up the reasonable messes left behind due to routine use. Other things to note This apartment complex is on a boiler/chiller system, which means it has both heat and A/C, but not both at the same time. This gets tricky in the spring and autumn months, which require the complex select a time to switch from one to the other. Rest assured we will make your stay comfortable with supplemental heating/cooling options if the weather is unseasonably warm or cool during your stay. Read the review from Melissa-she stayed in our unit when outside highs reached 87* before the complex had switched on the A/C. We proactively met her needs before the unit became warm.
