The farm is wonderful, it is inside a gated community, all terraced, with a barbecue area and a swimming pool integrated with all the space! The space The farm is quiet, great for relaxing and waking up to the sound of birds! Guest access 🏡The villa is within a gated, safe and family condo, which is around 24 hrs a day and a concierge. It was built in L, so it allows the entirety of everyone who is there, not being those farms that are each in a corner. It is entirely terraced, which contributes to excessive sunny days or rains, so you don't have to worry about these climatic issues, as it won't spoil the enjoyment. 🍴The kitchen is external and complete, with large barbecue, oven and wood stove, in addition to having microwave, electric oven, fridge (2), airfryer, sandwich, blender and freezer! 🚽🚿We also have a bathroom for outdoor use, mainly for the pool, with a shower for a hot bath. 🌴🏊🏻‍♀️The outdoor area also has a lawn, landscaping, and a delightful swimming pool with a waterfall! The waterfall is programmed with times to turn on and off alone in order not to bother with the noise of water so that you have a good sleep. But if you like to sleep with the noise of water, just ask us at the Check in that we leave for the desired time. The pool isn't heated, but it's sunny all day! There is also a shallower part, very good for children or even adults to sit and enjoy! In winter we can still program to make that tasty fondue with fine wine, as we leave the outdoor fireplace for use! See in the photos! The firewood is on the customer's account, but we indicate where you can find it nearby! It's worth it! The night gets a charm and there's no one who doesn't like it! In the inner area we have a large room, with 46’tv and dining table. The tv has sky. After that, there is a corridor that leads to the bedrooms: 🛏 room 1: super King bed with suite🚽; 1 single bed and 2 single mattresses, ceiling fan and TV with internet (customer access) 🛏 room 2: we have 1 queen bed and 1 single bed; ceiling fan; social 🚽🚿 bathroom in the hallway, which serves room 2 and 3; 🛏 room 3: Queen bed and 1 twin bed - ceiling fan All rooms have a flat-screen door for warmer nights; and independent for access to the outdoor area and swimming pool ( with pool view tb). Ah, 🛏 bedroom 4: it's on the other side, with glass doors, but also with access to and views of the pool. It has 2 queen beds, a floor fan and a TV with internet (access by the guest). 🦮 we accept your pet! We have a kennel; as long as it stays outside and you clean up its pee and poop ☺️ and don't leave any leftover food; because our cleaning lady doesn't clean it up! Pets are not allowed to swim 💻 we have wifi! Even with a good signal for home office. Garage for 6 cars (4 covered and 2 uncovered). ❌❌No sound is allowed due to being inside a gated community. By day, you can hear a little ambient music. The farm is a paradise!🌴🌸🌞💙 - We only allow more intimate celebrations. We don't allow big parties. Other things to note The access to the property is controlled by security. Therefore, we will combine the data we will need to be authorized at the condominium gatehouse. Alterations, exclusions or inclusions after the list is provided, it will not be possible to make it. Our condominium is super insurance =) Delivery requests (ex.ifood): inform me to release the delivery to the farm gate, without having to go to the gate. Garbage from the stay must be packed in appropriate bags and thrown in the trash can next to the entrance. If this is not respected, a fee of R$50.00 will be charged to be taken.
