Our house is located in Chakvi, right on the seashore, 30 meters from the beach! The balcony and windows have beautiful sea views! The entire 4th floor is rented out, which has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen and a large terrace. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and air conditioning. If you plan to spend some time in Batumi, feel the Georgian flavor, while being in comfort and away from the city noise, enjoy the sea and unique nature, our house is perfect for you! The space The house is located right on the seashore, 30 meters from the sea! All rooms are finished only with eco-friendly, natural wood, without paints and varnishes. The balcony and bedroom windows have a beautiful sea view! There are 4 bedrooms on the floor that can accommodate up to 11 guests (one bedroom for two, the rest of the bedrooms for three), there is a private kitchen and balcony. Each bedroom has a private bathroom (shower and toilet), split system, wardrobe, double and single beds. Two bedrooms have panoramic windows across the entire wall overlooking the sea! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, there is a fridge, gas stove and washing machine. There is a barbecue grill in the yard. You can book rooms with us both individually and the entire floor: In the summer season, the standard price for a triple room is $35 per night, for a double room $28 per night, but depending on the number of nights booked, the time of year, the number of guests and the number of bedrooms booked, the cost of the booking varies greatly, so it is better to discuss all the details in advance in the message. A railway runs along the entire coast of Adjara, but it will not interfere with your vacation at all, as only a couple of trains pass per day. Guest access In total, the fourth floor has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen and a terrace overlooking the sea. Guests also have access to a courtyard, barbecue, parking, a gazebo by the sea, a volleyball court and the entire beach. If your request is for 3 people, you will be provided with one triple bedroom with two beds (double + single bed). If you need more bedrooms, you need to specify in the letter the number of bedrooms you need, the cost of the reservation depends on this.
