This cozy Florida home in a quiet neighborhood is only 7 miles from Siesta Key Beach, boasting to have the finest, whitest sand in the world! There is plenty to do in sunny Sarasota, but you may choose to stay and enjoy your backyard oasis complete with patio furniture and a charcoal grill. The house comes equipped with beach supplies available for your use including chairs, beach towels, coolers, skim boards, and a wagon to carry it all! The space The house is yours with an open living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a separate building behind the house for laundry, storage, and beach supplies. There is a large paved backyard with outdoor furniture, a gas grill, and a firepit. Guest access You will have access to the home, laundry room, backyard, and parking space. The garage next to the backyard is not included with your stay. Other things to note House has high speed internet and a 55 inch smart TV with Netflix, hulu, Amazon, and over 70 channels. The house has well water but the lines have been recently refreshed.
