During your stay This is a perfect place for your overnight stay for the Dick's Open, concerts, graduations, parents' weekends, and other local community festivals and events. Only minutes from Binghamton University and SUNY Broome, BAE Systems, Lockheed Martin, and the Huron Campus, a short drive to phenominal upstate Finger Lakes region, and a 45 minute drive to Greek Peak Ski Resort and Elk Mountain Ski Resort. There are restaurants very nearby. Visit the Endwell NY yellow pages online. Broadway Diner, two blocks away, is great for breakfast. Del Arco Restaurant offers fine Italian dining. Don't miss Rossi's Pizza on Oak Hill Avenue in Endicott (my FAV!!!). Other things to note On-street parking across the street. This listing targets guests who need OVERNIGHT STAYS, who are in town to visit family, or have work or other activities scheduled during the day. As this is my home where privacy and security are important, guests come in the front door and conveniently go straight up the stairs to your quarters. Everything is ready for your comfortable nights' sleep. There is a coffee maker in your bedroom for that morning sip. If you need to store items in the frig in the kitchen, I will need to know in advance.
