It is an apartment. The shower is located directly outside of the room and is enclosed. There is a path to the beach at the end of my street. This room is great for couples or friends. It’s a great place to kick back and chill. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, sound, and bike/walking path on the hwy. The space The neighborhood is small and mostly locals. The room does not have a stove, however, it has a large toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, full size refrigerator with freezer, dishes, utensils, washer and dryer, smart tv, (no cable), sitting area, two sinks, ac unit, extra sheets and towels, queen size bed and fold out sofa/futon. Patio/ lawn furniture, beach chairs, and charcoal grill located outside of the room. Parking is located directly under the house in front of the entrance to the room. Guest access Guests can access the room, the yard, the outside shower and parking directly outside of the room. Other things to note I do work at night and get home late. I try to make the least amount of noise possible when I get home but I do feed my outside cats and walk my dog.
