A spacious house of 90m2 and an estate of 80 acres are located in a small and sweet village, Popovići, at the foothill of the mountain Kotlenik, and less than 15 minutes drive from the center of the city of Kraljevo. Our estate is ideal getaway for couples, families and friends who want to spend intimate, quality and interesting time together, and, at the same time, experience irreplaceable panoramic view, exceptionally clean and fresh air, serene atmosphere, and tranquility of nature. The space Our house consists of a living room with a comfortable corner sofa and a 45'' smart LCD TV. Living room is also equipped with the dining table and 6 chairs, from where you can enjoy your dining experience with a scenic view. Zlatni Prag has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other one with bunk and sofa beds. The kitchen is fully and modernly equipped with an oven and stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, and all the necessary utensils for preparing and consuming food and beverage. The washroom with a toilet and a shower also has a washing machine, towels, toiletries and amenities for personal hygiene. The entire property is covered by an extremely stable Wi-Fi signal. Alfa Plam, two mobile radiators, and air conditioning are used to heat the house during winter. The rental price of our house includes the use of the entire estate of 80 acres for an easy walk and enjoyment, as well as a terrace with a table and 4 chairs, where you can drink your morning coffee, read books from our rich library, or just simply create your ideal atmosphere. Furthermore, the price includes the use of a plateau with a hexagonal pool, 4.7m in diameter and 1.2m deep, 2 sun loungers, shower, and a fountain. The patio with 8 seats on 2 wooden benches is the ideal place for a little escape from the sun or tasting of the food that you prepared on our newly built grill. We have just built and opened an outdoor gym with modern flooring, power rack with extensions, adjustable bench, olympic barbell, bumpers, kettlebells and dumbbells, ideal and reliable to withstand any weather conditions. If you wish to further nourish your soul, we will be happy to assist you by providing contacts of local artisans from whom you can purchase meat and dairy products, fruits, vegetables, and rakija at affordable prices. Guest access Guest are allowed to access and fully utilize in privacy the whole estate and the house. Other things to note Directions and access to the house will be fully provided to the guests upon confirmation of the booking.
