La Libertad, El Salvador in the heart of SurfCity, in an area with 24/7 security close to restaurants and beaches such as El Tunco, El Sunzal and El Zonte. and delicious Restaurants: Betos, Vikings, Cadejo, Curva de Don Gere etc. YOU CAN BRING YOUR PET FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $25 EACH The space The house is located in the upper part of the Atami Residential Complex so it has a beautiful ocean view; it has access to the private beach "La Leona" which is approximately a 7-minute walk and to the public beach El Palmarcito ****** (as the house is at the top you have to leave the property and go down steps), but you can also go down by vehicle and it is about 1 minute away and also to the beach "El Palmarcito" You can also have access to the saltwater pools and other amenities of the Atami Resort club for a small additional cost. Guest access Parking for up to 3 vehicles within the property and space for 2-3 vehicles outside The entire property is exclusively for guests who book, it will not be shared with other guests. Other things to note Atami is a Beach-Mountain complex, which is why to access the private beach La Leona, Playa el Palmarcito and the saltwater pools you have to walk and go down steps. As is the case throughout the coastal area of El Salvador, there could be power outages in the event of bad weather and tropical storms. IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: 1-Please note that the house is located in a rural area (mountain-beach) and surrounded by vegetation; which is why we are visited by RACCOONS🦝, taltuzas, ants🐜, bees🐝 or other animals typical of the habitat in search of food but harmless and according to the winter and/or summer seasons, which is why it is recommended if you leave the property or retire to sleep to leave doors and windows closed. 2-Please note that what is rented through this platform is the Beach House Accommodation. We do not provide transportation, food, drinking water, or spa services; these must be provided and contracted by the Guests. 3- Please note that the house only has Air Conditioning in the 3 Rooms, which is why we cannot provide the comfort of your home or a Hotel 4- Atami is a place with high temperatures. However, the house has 2 electric showers (hot water) and they are gladly at your disposal, for which you tell us where to activate the thermals for their operation.
