Just 2.5 hours north of the city of Santiago, this bright house of contemporary architecture is located on the waterfront with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. A beautiful cove is accessed by going down a small concrete staircase. In addition, a few minutes walk to the north and south, there are other beautiful beaches. The common spaces are spacious and bright, with an integrated kitchen and fireplace. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom is en-suite, another with two twin beds and the third with a double bed. Everything works on solar energy. Guest access Guests can move freely around the area, accessing wonderful beaches. There is parking for 6 cars inside the property. Other things to note No parties or gatherings of more than 6 people are allowed. Minimum stay of 3 nights. No pets allowed inside. We will provide a "brochure" with all the necessary directions to get to the place and with the instructions for using energy systems and alternative support equipment.
