Beach house - Summer houses

House in Las Veraneras beach club, with beach club access for 8 people. Soccer field, BKB and tennis 15 meters from the house. A safe, private area with 24-hour surveillance. Includes house cleaning service by trusted staff. Cleaning every 2 days due to Covid protocol, or on the day of arrival and departure for short rentals. It is located in front of the country club, so parking is not a problem. There is an Oasis that uses glass water bottles for consumption. The space The house is a modern house, recently built and very comfortable. Our family uses it frequently and it is ideal if you have children because it is in front of a playground and courts. Other things to note - The master bedroom and 1 bathroom are closed. You have access to 1 full bathroom inside the house and 1 bathroom without a shower outside the house, and to the two bedrooms, living room, dining room, and terrace. Everything as described on the site. There is Smart TV but no cable. - The washer and dryer are only available for stays of 3 days or more.
