In addition to the 2 queen beds/bedrooms, there is a small bonus ‘bunk-room’ - specially created for USC students who wish to stay overnight with their visiting family. This room also provides the perfect spot for reading a book, or power nap with both a leather aviator chair and twin daybed. *(Private use only. For commercial use/photoshoots you may inquire about location fee.)* Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, as well as a back deck. The back yard has a wooden privacy fence. Other things to note Home amenities - The breakfast bar doubles as a work space with outlets and USB charging ports mounted in the quartz countertops. There are two stereo speakers mounted in the living room walls for music and entertaining. The bathroom has a Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling for music and relaxation. The living room has a smart TV, along with each bedroom is equipped with Apple TV for streaming and connecting to any of your Netflix, Hulu, etc accounts. For guest safety, the home is equipped with Ring video doorbell, nighttime landscape lighting. Also, to prevent parties and ensure respect for neighbors, the home is equipped with a Minut Noise-Level Monitoring Sensor. Parties will be prosecuted.
