Spacious and light two bedroom beach villa with open-plan living space over two floors at St. James's Club Resort, minutes from English Harbour, a World Heritage Site. The space Downstairs - main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and king-size bed, second bedroom with two twin beds and a second bathroom. Upstairs - open-plan living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, stove top, water kettle, toaster and microwave, and large partially-covered balcony with sun loungers, dining table and BBQ, boasting striking views over Mamora bay. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in all rooms. Linens and towels, a hairdryer, as well as a security safe, are included. Wifi available throughout (fees apply). Villa rates incl. housekeeping and daily maid service. Longer stays available on request, however they require a villa change-over on Saturday. Guest access Accommodation only, guests can have access to resort all-inclusive plan (fees apply). Wether you choose all-inclusive or self-catering, all resort amenities are available to you. These include various pools, two daily-cleaned beaches, bars, multiple restaurants, gym, tennis court, water sports, entertainment, kids club, spa and dive center. Other things to note Please note, villa is on two- or three floors. Smoking inside the villa is not permitted. At check-in, guests are required to present valid government-issued identification along with a valid major credit card. Guests are responsible for any charges incured during their stay. A pre-authorisation of $350 will be processed on your card to cover charges. The pre-authorisation will be released at check-out, should no additional charges occur. A mandatory resort fee of US$24 per villa per night has been implemented due to the health and safety protocols along with many other operational modifications which have come at a significant expense to the resort. The resort fee will be payable upon checkout. The government of Antigua & Barbuda imposed a Tourism Guest Levy of $5 per guest per night which will be added to your bill and collected as part of your final room payment. 14% ABST Antigua and Barbuda sales tax is included. Guests age 16 and older must provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination. Please note, due to reallocation of villas to accommodate Covid-19 cancellations, the villa you rent may not be the exact one shown in the photos and described in the text above.
