On the ground floor, there is also a modern kitchen with all the required appliances is on hand to service the spacious formal dining room with seating for eight, as well as a large living room, offering dramatic views of the bay. The two cottages at Belmont Estate are both studio-style and contain King bedrooms, with en-suite bathroom facilities. Whilst they do not contain a full kitchen, a small fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and tea kettle are provided for these suites.
