Casa Jóia is located in Condominium Joia do Atlântico, between Ilhéus and Itacaré, surrounded by the Atlantic Forest and native beaches. We would like to share with your family the striking nature of the Cocoa Coast. Stay in this beautiful house. You will love getting to know Itacaré, Ilhéus, Lagoa Encantada, Serra Grande, Barrinha do Joia, Barrinha de Mamoã, and Praia do Pé da Serra. In 15 minutes on foot, you will be at the local beach. The space Our house has an upper floor, where there are two east-facing bedrooms that are well-ventilated, great for resting in the afternoon. It has a living room, bathroom and balcony for the sunset. The rooms are cozy and bright. The "south" bedroom includes a double bed, and the "north" bedroom has two double beds. The upper room can accommodate two people on mattresses. On the lower floor are the bedroom, kitchen, TV room, social bathroom, barbecue area, and balcony with a table for meals and home office work. There is open parking for up to 4 vehicles. If you come by van or larger vehicle, please notify us in advance for access to the condominium. You'll have all the privacy you need. Guest access We do not stay in the house, it is entirely for guest use. Amenities: Wifi, hot shower, fan, parking. Other things to note This property is supplied by a natural artesian well. The water may have an odor. The color of the water may vary, and it is safe for all uses, but we recommend drinking and cooking with mineral water (we offer the bottle for purchase). We follow environmental laws. So we ask for your cooperation in separating the dry recyclable waste ♻️ from the organic waste, which we use for composting.
