A second floor in-law apartment, it has a kitchenette, and laundry/dryer access. There is a little balcony overlooking the large lawn and garden. Off-street parking for one car. The space Sunny rooms, comfortable and quiet with private full bathroom and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster oven, induction cooktop, electric kettle, french press for coffee, and basic kitchen utensils. Guest access Guests will be given keys to the back door which leads to the shared laundry. Access to the second floor apartment is via a staircase which has a handrail, but is steep.
