At Estancia Don Julito you can enjoy a typical country house with galleries that surround it in its entirety. Nestled in the middle of a 1,200-hectare field, where the infinite views, privacy and peace of the place make this stay a unique place to relax and disconnect completely. Ideal for sports lovers, the countryside has miles of trails to train on a bicycle, motorcycle or just go for a walk and enjoy. Includes linen and daily cleaning. The space The house has a living/dining room with an integrated and fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace for barbecues in winter, a large wood-burning stove, TV with DIRECTV and wifi. Inside the house there are 3 bedrooms: one en-suite with a large bed, another with 3 bunk beds, the third with a large bed, and a second full bathroom. Outside the house there is a closed quincho, with a large indoor grill, ideal for gatherings until late hours without disturbing those who sleep in the house, and where 2 more people can sleep in 2 sofa beds, it also has another full bathroom. The gallery has a grill and outdoor furniture. In the garden we have a pool ideal for children to enjoy. The house is attended by a married couple who will be available to assist you throughout your stay. They take care of cleaning, placing wood in the fireplace, removing ashes, etc. Other things to note Within the countryside, a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive away, there is a very nice stream to visit. Depending on the time you visit the countryside, you will be able to see first-hand the planting or harvesting tasks that are so typical of the Pampas areas. For stays longer than 2 days we suggest different programs: - About 50 minutes away by car is the old town of San José del Morro, located in the mountains that can be seen from the countryside, with its old church, square, founding museum, and outdoor activities. - Villa Mercedes 25 km away, beautiful city with good restaurants, squares, businesses, etc. - San Luis 84 km away (Potrero de los Funes, El Trapiche, very touristy places). - Merlo (San Luis) 125 km away. - Achiras (Córdoba) 1 hour away.
